Went out to folly with the little lady. I hadn’t planned on fishing but she suggested I bring the gear. It’s a good thing I did. Was out maybe 2 hours. Fish falling tide. A dozen good sized whiting and two bruiser cow noses. They put up a great fight. Great weather with even better company. Couldn’t ask for a better way to start off the season. Whiting caught on shrimp. Cow nose rays on mullet. Picture will be posted.
Good job Lunker. I hit two days last week. First trip 2 reds and that was it. One medium 23ish and one small. Second trip same story 2 reds one medium 25 inch and one small. Second trip was able to get three whiting. Two of the whiting were huge. One 16 inch and one 15 inch and the third was small. Glad you got out with the lady. I hope you put her on another big Blacktip this year. That last one was a doozy:smiley: I know she enjoyed that. Thanks for the report.
