Would it be of any value to try for red snapper at the Betsy Ross or am I waisting my time? If not, how far out do you have to go? Any advice is welcome.

We caught our limit of two this past Sunday in 68 foot. A 10lb and a 3 or 4lb.

I hae caught them there in summer months 4 to 5 pounders not many though
I have seen very large red snapper on the big wreck this time of year. A little harder than catching off live bottom because they like staying in the holes in the deck. Go a little farther east there is live bottom all around
Caught a couple of keeper size at 6HI (50 ft depth).
