I missed father’s day weekend due to my anniversary, so i came down to bond with pop and chase some fish. We fished the north edisto and its small tributary creeks catching 10 reds and 10 black drum on live shrimp on saturday am on the incoming and outgoing tide around low. here is the 30" pig dad caught on the incoming tide under a cork

my sister and i went out sunday night after the church fish fry to try and find a few reds before sundown. first cast on a live shrimp on a jig head. here piggy piggy piggy.

Live shrimp are tough to find. brown shrimp are a good size, but the large white shrimp are still considered hard backs.
all oversized fish released health.
all slot fish hit the grease or the grill.
