This might sound dumb but I see those leaders with the twisted arms all the time but with no clip on the end to attach a hook like in the picture. Did you buy it with the clip and if not how do you get it on?
I was also not able to find double drop rigs with the clip built on them so I purchased a pack of the barrel swivels with the clip on them and then just opened the clip to remove the swivel.
I was trying to assemble the rig you guys had mentioned earlier and this was the closest I could get.

What you need is called a duo snap it can be found at most fishing stores and walmart.
