We’re catching a lot of reds in the 25-26 inch class like the one shown here, caught by Travis Black, from Barnwell, Saturday. The other pic we took near the mouth of Big Bay. We had never seen this type of parasailing (?) before. It was totally cool.
This morning I ran a bunch of water off the S Edisto and could not find anything with a visibility over 8 inches. With the winds predicted this week, I don’t see the conditions for the trout changing. I am sure ready for the topwater bite! Bob

i’m surprised kite surfing hasn’t caught on more on Edisto. St. helena sound side has tons of wind and not many waves, perfect for the sport.

RADDADDY and I looked for trout (water clear enough to catch them in) all morning…one trout, 2 flounder and 4 or 5 reds. We had 20-25 trout tap at the lure; the one we caught was hooked outside the mouth. They are where they are supposed to be, they just won’t take it. Bob
