Station creek, to the right almost to Trenchards… boat only access right? Any of these (or similar) lots/houses for sale? I spoke to a guy a week ago with a huge pontoon/barge with his family and as much stuff in tubs as I probably own. Says he got a lot for what an average middle-of-no-where neighborhood lot goes for. Of course building a place out there was an adventure according to him.
I have a 5.5 ac lot at Lands End for sale. About 1.5 miles from Station Creek landing…address is 1020 Lands End Road…asking $150K, will consider all reasonable offers. Very nice wooded lot, would make a very spacious fish camp. You can pretty much do what you want there. No home owner assoc. or dues. Its the largest lot for sale out there, most others way smaller. If interested call Bob at 770-605-2605
Go to “Lands End Land .com” Mike Ray is my realtor, he has some photo’s of the area. I was going to build my retirement home there. I decided I will go back to FL to retire instead.
There is a house by lemon island. It is on an island, it always has a big center console docked there and they have a little flats boat there also. The house looks self sufficient with solar power and a pool. No road access there for sure, I don’t know who owns it but that’s a good spot where no one will bother you.
That’s rose island… It cost alot more than than a lot in the middle of nowhere. It is owned by a local family. But no doubt that it’s the ultimate “fish camp”.
