Your best bet is a mixture of charcoal, beef, Hopps, hot grease, shrimp and your own dock view sunset. That is my fav at Edisto.

The owners of the OPO are still working on it and trying to open as soon as they can. I think it has just taken them a little longer then they planed on.

Originally posted by BS1This past June we went to the pavilion restaurant. The hostess/waitress took 15 minutes just to come and ask us how many we had. We had 16 people and she said it would be at least a hour wait. I don’t know if she was having a bad night, but she was about the rudist person I have ever met. Well, there were four empty tables along the wall. We asked if we could just pull those together and she said no we couldn’t. She lost 16 customers that night who would have spent $35-45 a piece between food and drinks.
</font id=“quote”></blockquote id=“quote”>Here’s my one and only experience with The Pavilion. I was down there a few weekends ago, and 4 of us ended up in the bar on Sunday afternoon to watch the Daytona 500 (well, one of us - not me - wanted to watch, the rest of us wanted to drink and shoot the breeze).
Anyway, we were there for a while, and got ready to leave. The bartender - some guy from Florida, as he told us - brought all of us our tabs. My tab had 11 beers on it, and one of my friend’s tab had 10 beers on it. There is absolutely no way in hell that I had 11 beers in 2.5 hours. I would have been on the floor. My friend shared my sentiment about his tab. We both figured we were charged for at least 3-4 beers each that we didn’t drink.
We didn’t make a big issue out of it, and just paid the bill.
I guess it’s possible that we were wrong and he was right, but I really don’t think so. There wasn’t much of anybody else in the bar, so it’s highly unlikely that he mixed up drink orders from somebody else.
Draw your own conclusions.
