Got the girlfriend and dad out of bed and got to the Ross around noon. Fished until about 2:30 had three hits all day and only one to show, but it was a nice Cobia around 70 lbs. Greenies were the bait.

We were out there also. caught a bunch of menhaden off the beach and made it to the ross around 8 a.m. had multiple hits early and broke off 4 or 5. Missed one with the gaff that got wrapped up in the prop and ended up landing 2 for the day. The two we caught were later. 12 and 2ish. both around 35-40.
Didn’t see another fish all day no spades, cud’s or Ajs which was strange. The Cobia have been so hot one day and dead the next day very strange year. We couldn’t find the pogies so just netted Greenies on the rip by South Beach.
