October through December, the big Spottails move into The Rocks at Edisto Beach. As well as the jetties of Charleston. A friend and I went out today and caught this 40 inch, 40 pounder. Lost two that pulled off in the rocks, and caught a mess of Weakfish.
The fishing is great at Edisto this time of year. Call me if you want to charter and catch the fish of your life.

The Rocks are 1.1 mile, straight out from the telephone microwave tower. The marina has GPS numbers for The Rock and will give them to you. there’s not alot of structure on the bottom. Look for fish on the fishfinder. And look for other boats. And normally pelicans diving.

I don’t think there are any unknown good fishing spots left. We were given some “new” numbers for Cobia this past spring… got there after a dozen boats were already on site. I think every local on this site has some secret spots that they have pulled up on only to find someone there already.
