Bart, Bonzo, is so good he can catch them behind his back:smiley: Really, it was a Fanny Pack filled with Groupon coupons:wink: Don’t leave home without them!
skinneej, you don’t know nothing! Bonzo, got that recipe from his wife’s magazine! You don’t think, he thunk it up all on his own do you? Love that magazine but don’t know where to get 1/2 the stuff for the recipes!
pan fry triggerfish…cook some bacon…add 2 eggs…mash em all up…and eat! could have def used some stone ground grits…I do not claim to have any culinary skills…
Meanwhile here are some fun fact numbers to consider:
-“12” the months I’ve had this boat
-“170” hrs on engines ( I’m here only weekends)
-“29” the length according to the marina of my 25 footer
-“2” the number of anchors thrown overboard by guests without being attached to chain or boat
-“3” the number of days I’ve fished it in > 4-5 footers and wondered why I saw no other boats
-“12” the number of triggers that can fit fit in the huge deck Fisk box after Bonzo loads his beer
-“0” the number to trips that I drink the first beer cracked that day.
“4 of 4” the emesis rate of my guests 2 weeks ago when it was 4x4’s
“1” the number of professional guides that have thrown up over my gunnels.
“1” the number of dead red porgy someone left in the live well to bake in nearly 100 deg heat last week and created a stench that impressed my wife and guests during a harbor cruise the next evening.
“0” the times I’ve regretted moving up from my 23 ft bayboat

I doubt you’ve ever been in true five-footers in that boat.
And, as captain, you might want to keep a closer eye on your crew if they’re throwing anchors overboard and leaving meat fish in the live well.
Beautiful boat, though.
When I want you to have an opinion, I’ll give it to you…
