Many of the kids who go to the SEC schools would never qualify to get into schools like Wisconsin because the academic standards are so much higher. The SEC dominates in college football and they should because of their lower academic standards and repeatedly trying to give out 35 scholarships to 25 kids. Many kids are talked into going to a juco and returning to scholarship in a year or two. These schools tell them they have scholarship but these schools re-neg on the scholarships and get someone else leaving these kids high and dry. It is disgraceful and prevalent in the SEC.

Wow, Wisconsin? When I think of brainiac schools, Wisconsin really jumps to mind. What a tough school to get admitted to! Barely more than half the applicants are accepted.

That is rough. And it only gets worse. Wisconsin athletes have to obtain a C average by their senior year. How can they possibly get anyone to play there with such intellectually rigorous requirements?
