SEC - NO HOLDING PENALTY

I love how UGA omits asking about the fantom cut block, or the personal foul that Gurley commented(x2) and USC was blamed.
Reading these idiots, they blame USC. typical

Georgia and Florida both have always been dirty football teams. Didn’t surprise me when I saw it.

UGA can blame penalties all they want for that loss but, stupid play calling at 1st and goal at the 4 and 2 missed field goals hurt every bit as bad if not worse. Carolina also had some lousy calls. Poor officiating went both ways.

Agreed. USC outgained Georgia. It’s crystal clear to anyone with two eyes that UGA is a one-trick pony on offense and terrible on defense. I just don’t get all the UGA love. They beat a Clemson team breaking in a new player at every single skill position in the first game of the season, at home, in a game that was tied at the half. Big freaking whoop. UGA will lose at least one, probably two more this year as teams just load the box. Hutson Mason is not a good QB and that will cost them.

USC outgained UGA by 30 yards so that does not mean much especially considering the home field advantage.

Agree maybe they are not that good… but UGA almost beat USC at home. As DF said without complete bobo play calling they take the lead or tie with 3 or so min left.

So, does that mean that USC, Clemson & UGA are all just above average?

Yes the officiating was poor on both sides. Do they ever call holding in the SEC?

They call people that try to make a tackle for blocking below the waist.

I’m not saying USC crushed UGA. My point that USC outgained UGA was jus

The refs hurt both sides. All UGA fans see is that one play. There more that did not negate a TD but could have turned the tide. You never know. USC turned the ball over twice in UGA territory. And still won.

One play does not make a game. Other than the 2 turnovers UGA had stopped USC twice. USC could have scored again IF it was needed.

It doesn’t matter; it doesn’t matter that SC carved up Georgia’s secondary for 240 yards in the first half and could have continued in the second if not trying to establish the run game. No one sees that part of it. If not for the turnovers, that game would have been at least a two score win.

If you want to cry about a ref’s call, don’t leave the game in his hands. Go out and beat your opponent soundly. UGA didn’t get the job done; time to move on.

Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute…Is this a serious conversation about CFB on CF.com? When did this nonsense start? Somebody please start name calling or bringing up a '81 championship or the last 5 Novembers.

Ok, just kidding, carry on!
