! was Stationed in Charleston 69-73,Went to Nam out of that Harbor. Lived in Noth Charleston till 77 (Divorce) Will be in the area in Sept or october for a little vacation,wondering what might be available off the beach. Sullivans Is. or IOP,might get over to folly also
reds or trout would be nice but any pullage is OK
that seems to be the best time to catch every fish the low country has to offer

yes october is way better than september. the water temp will be just right to slay the spottail, trout, drum, flounder
October is is the BEST month to fish inshore.

I don’t know of your set on surf fishing but a vet is welcome on my boat anytime. If your willing to make the trip up to Georgetown we’ll go catch some fish.
