Hi Everyone,
I am planning to do some shark fishing this afternoon on folly, and was wondering whether I should fish the pier, or go down to either end of folly. I have a PENN Spinfisher V 5500 with 50b braid. Im not planning on catching anything huge, just something to have some fun with. I know there are tons of sharpnose around the pier, that are in the 2-3 foot range, but ideally id like to get into something a little larger. I will have fresh cut mullet for bait.

Ok… Lets say I was fishing for redfish then. Again, I’m not throwing half a bonita for bait, with some crazy gear, I’m just asking where y’all would recommend I fish, and could catch some 3-4ft sharks.
Wouldn’t recommend the pier. Sharks over 3’ cannot be brought up. Line has to be cut.
