We fished last night and caught 2 bulls one was on a spinner both close to 6 and a half 2 lemons about 7ft a sandbar close to 5 a Black tip almost 4. A finetooh or blackboard about 3 and a half and some sharpnose. A buddy lost another big one due to suspect braid blowing up. Extreme braid has done it a few times to him now. I watched and dehooked for the most part I never got a decent hit. We didn’t have a ton of hits we just had a really high hook up ratio like 90 percent. We fished smaller baits then usual and a lot of Bonita. The black tip beat my ankles up pretty good.
From the reports I’ve heard and heard from people the shark fishing has been slow lately so I guess last night was pretty good. We fished like 10hrs though which is a long time but I think the tipper was the only shark in the last 4hrs.
