Ship Wreck philadelphia

Man what a response

I think it is privately owned. There is some debate about fishing or diving it. What are your intentions if you don’t mind me asking?

Reputation is what people have come to think of you.
Character is the way you act when no one is around.

I have them, is someone catching fish there?

Scootin’, what do you mean, “privately owned”? From my recollection, nobody has any deeds on ocean acreage.

Of course not. Nobody can own part of the ocean the way you own your singlewide trailer in Walterboro Pines Estates. But this is something man-made on the bottom of the ocean, and a certain company would not expend very much effort and money to salvage what has been lost if a Court had not gauranteed them exclusive ownership rights.

So goes the policy argument.

Roger that. Didn't realize it was a salvage. Is this something that was recently found?

Fairly recent, yes.

Luke 8:22-25

Not recent. People have been fishing and diving there for many years. Holds some nice gag grouper.

Unless clearly marked, how could anything be done to you? It could be something you come across while trolling and mark it. How deep of water is it? Whereabouts so I know if I ever ran across it. Sounds like what I ran across on the 150 live bottom line…but if it’s not there than GREAT…b/c I found a good little spot

LOL!!!

Those numbers have been circulating a long time. I’ve seen them in several very old loran books listed as a wreck. The guys doing the salvage were the first people to claim salvage on it.

It’s great they are salvaging and restoring the cannons and people definitely respect their claim.

To clear things up A claim to a shipwreck grants you specific salvage rights. It prevents people from salvaging the items that were granted as salvage.

Legally it does not prevent other people from diving, fishing, photography, Video, etc.</font id=“size4”>

Well, on second thought,

anyone who wants the numbers, PM me, and I’ll sell them to you for 50 bucks!
I accept paypal or cash.

Thanks.

I saw some surveyors out there a couple weeks ago so they may be getting ready to do something.

Bring plenty of Beer and ice.

I’ll undercut Phin and give you them for $45 and honor a low price guarantee.

I will not be undersold!

WrecksRphin’s is now offering a two wrecks for the price of one while supplies last. I’ll match my competitors’ lowest advertised price or I’ll give you the numbers for free!

That’s right folks, FREE!!!

Luke 8:22-25

Hmmmm… What if I pay someone to take the numbers? Will you follow suit and pay them twice as much?

Clearly, skinnee is attempting to bully me out of the market by absorbing huge losses as he tries to addict our entire customer base to his inferior, cheaply produced product. When I am no longer in the picture, he will ream all of you as there is no longer any viable economic substitute left for you to turn to. Don’t fall for it folks. When I’m out of business, the quality of his products will decrease while the price increases. Fair market competition I tell you. Not this bullying. I leave you with this final offer: two wreck numbers plus a hand-drawn map passed down through my family to me from the captain of the philad… n’mind.
