I put in at Edgar C. Glenn Boat Ramp at about 11:30 yesterday. Conditions were great with a little breeze and plenty of sunshine.

The forecast was for increasing wind throughout the day so I headed under the bridge for some more protected water. The plan was to fish some docks, creek mouths and oyster beds for redfish and trout.

Ended up with one 13 inch flounder. Water temperature was about 71.

Thanks for the report. Been pretty tough to get out with this wind we’ve been having.

I hear you on the wind especially in my 17 foot flats boat. I plan my fishing locations around the wind.

Saturday called for 12 mph from the SE so I headed up the Creeks. Plenty breezy and that made my drifts really fast.

Wasn’t too bad though.
