single select oysters

Anyone know of a place in beaufort or bluffton that sells single select oysters? I checked blue water and sea eagle market.

Lady’s Island Oyster Farm. Best singles I’ve ever seen.

LI Oyster Farm has the best…I think they sell at the Port Royal Farmer’s Market. Revolutionary process for growing single selects.

Bluffton Oyster Factory was selling beautiful selects last month, but boy you better be ready to pay… zotcha.

If you don’t need selects, there is a retired firefighter oystering the Beaufort side at a discounted rate, and I hear they are every bit as good as May River oysters.

FYI, the Queen of England ONLY eats Wellfleet oysters and they only grow as selects. Just what I’ve heard. Eaten hundreds myself and not a whole lot better than what we’ve got right here.

there is a place in Hampton that is famous for their select singles, but its a 45 mile treck. its a meat market on the main drag.

i havent heard of the ladys island oyster farm. do they have a website or a place to buy them other than the farmers market?
