All jokes aside, a beautiful catch and hopefully my saltwater skunk for the year will end soon too. At least I have had good luck this year in freshwater.

I’m now embarrassed. This fish was slightly out of slot…I though the slot was 17-27 inches. After checking again, it is in fact 15-23 inches. I was looking at the wrong info on my phone when I took the measurements, apparently I was looking at St. Augustine’s info. Follyfisher1989 is right…guess the skunk continues. BUMMER…(2 years skunk prior) I’ll post again when I catch in slot, and then let it go.
Oops… May wanna do some cleaning of the original post. But regardless, great fish man! Almost went there today and didn’t. Looks like that was the wrong call
