Hit the rocks right at the ebb tide Saturday morning.
Weather was sunny, mostly calm and the swell calmed from ~2ft to nearly flat by the time the tide was really running. Water temp was 65 degrees - still a bit chilly.
We fished several spots on the rocks, from the inshore end to about 3/4 offshore. Using shrimp on the bottom and throwing a yellow trout eye with a sexy mullet, we were unable to raise anything but 1 or 2 very weak bites.
There were handful of boats around, and they appeared to have the same luck as us.
I did not see any bait, but did see the dolphins and anhinga in a few of the deep eddies.
