Shrimped today by Otter Island. Plenty of shrimp but really small. Anyone know of larger shrimp around edisto

Move away from the grass line and the size will improve but the quantity will decrease at this time. I made two test trips to combahee banks the past few days, daytime incoming = no shrimp, daytime outgoing = decent size (not great) and few shrimp, about 1/2 qt. to 1 qt. per run.

I hope to try them again in two or three weeks. Went fishing yesterday and the shrimp are in the creeks behind edisto but also small.

Ate some of the small ones tonight that we caught last week. It took me forever to peal but they sure were good, made shrimp and grits but instead of grits I used penny pasta with cream sause!
