Yes- have not run into alot, but in the last month, I have seen a large school in front of Hunting Island, caught a few blind trolling, and seen some at the Edisto 40 about 3 weeks ago - but the ones at the Edisto 40 would not bite!

Fishing out of Port Royal sound about 3 miles out caught spannish mackerel on Memorial Day and a nice mix of blues and spannish the following Sat.
