Has anybody tried around the jetties? Ive spearfished the nearshore reef but never along the jetties. I know id keep my butt away from dynamite hole but im considering giving the jetties a shot this week. I figure on a slack tide vis would be decent close to the rocks. Let me know if youve ever tried it or if you think its worth while. Thanks guys.
I’m also interested in doing this. I’ve heard of friends who do this and the only thing I’ve found online is this video. These aren’t my friends so I guess there are others out there doing the same thing. I was thinking of using a pole spear for the jetties.

Went out there one day in November several years ago. We were cleaning fish from an offshore spearing trip from the day before, and noticed how clear the creek was. Had a few partial tanks left, so we decided to go check it out. Workable vis (10 ft), but it was a remarkably clear day in the harbor. Loaded up on big sheepsheads.
