I know the light is a pretty popular place to cobia fish. But I never hear of anyone fishing in the mouth of the sound. Surely there are a few guys who fish the outer sandbars. I’m across from Morgan island and normally trailer to the broad to cobia fish. Just wondering if it would be worth my time to fish this side.
You can catch Cobia both places, but I think the broad is clearly the better spot.

The Broad is much better fishing—not even a close comparison really. I wouldn’t waste my time over on the Edisto side if I were you.
