Anybody know what happen at station creek landing Saturday afternoon
I put in around 10 am and took out about 630 pm.
Didn’t see anything unusual.
Why?
Oh yes, Marsh Foot, the new local legend. The guy was either experiencing a bad LSD trip or forgot to take his meds for the past few days ended up wandering around in the salt marsh in the trenchards inlet area for a bit. By a bit I mean for like 6 hours. Way up in the high marsh. He must have wandered for 10 miles back and forth. He was only clad in shorts. No shoes. Last visual some friends of mine had on him he was kneeling on top on a live oyster bed. Marsh Foot knew someone named Chip. The Coasties came and had a look and called DNR. Sheriff deputies arrived in SCNDR boat and Fripp Sea Rescue boat. Marsh Foot was cuffed in the high marsh and hauled off.

We were in the river all day.
I saw Wade today and he said he was talking on the VHF to the dudes in the copter.
That must have been some crazy stuff.
We were over on Bay Point and didn’t know anything was going on.
So is Marsh Foot any kin to that dude who was living underneath the Johnson Creek bridge?
