Meet Mugsy, a 20 month old Border Terrier (no papers) with a snaggle-tooth grin and a super fun, loving disposition. Completely house trained, eats dry food only, loves to play ball, especially fetch (and catch) tennis balls, will sleep/stay in crate easily. Mugsy is high-spirited and loves to play…so he needs a good home with young people…kids or young adults. Mugsy is very smart…sits, stays, shakes and and learns easily. He also loves the water, and will jump out of the boat to get a fish when I catch one!
My wife and I adopted Mugs from a kill shelter after our older dog died. My wife wanted a smaller lap dog to carry with her everywhere, and my boat work prevents me from taking Mugsy…especially in this heat. Anyway…Mugs has had all shots, has been dewormed,…everything up to date. I want to find someone who will spend time with him playing and making him feel at home. If you’re interested, I would need at least a good reference or two. Comes with a big bag of food and some treats and toys. Mugsy’s a part of my life, so this is hard…
