Anybody know when/if steamboat landing will be back open? We are coming down in a couple weeks and would like to put in there.

The road getting to the landing is still rough. But the landing is definitely open.

Do not go at or near low tide. It’s ridiculous the ramp is covered in mud, they worked on the access road to a ramp that cannot be used. Call Charleston County Council representative Anna B. Johnson

We took out there at low tide on Monday. Stay to the dock side ramp. The other side was completely covered in mud. Road was still ruff with pot holes.

Went there Wednesday at low tide. The left side (looking toward the water) seems to be fine the right side still has some mud but has improved a lot from a couple weeks ago.

i guess we will check it out. we are trying to go to the nears shore reef and it looks like steamboat cuts a lot of distance verses putting in at the bring. we will be down 4th of july week.
