The road going to steamboat landing is in decent shape now. It’s still looks soft on the edges on the section through the woods so passing in that area may be a problem. Fished Thursday, Friday and Saturday and caught both Spottail and Trout in decent numbers and size. Used live shrimp under a cork and paddle tail grub. My son and 5 yr old grandson fished with me Saturday, which was a real treat for me. Weather was great, water was stained on the outgoing and current was real strong on outgoing.
Boatpoor: My boat ran great having not been cranked since last December. But me, I think I need a major tuneup.
Glad your boat ran for you , have better luck than me! Started down this morning but my heat had stopped during the night and am waiting on the repair man, sure could not leave my wife with out heat, hope to be on the road soon, hope I can find some fish this week!

I asked that because I use to launch my 28 Bertram there till the trees got low and a property owner wanted to whip my “A” for cutting them on the county rightofway. After that I launch at a buddys ramp but have to work the tide!
