I’m looking for a cart. Can anybody help me out with info on any local places where I can get a decent deal and any knowledge on types of carts that work best for area. I got the go ahead from the boss to buy one. I think she is enjoying surf fishing as much as I am and we haven’t even really caught anything great yet. I went to folly again yesterday evening. Fished from about 545-830 and managed to catch the smallest stingray I’ve ever seen. He was honestly about the size of a dollar bill maybe slightly bigger and the surf was really rough yesterday. How do I find out the surf conditions before I head out? I think it was one of the roughest surf days I’ve fished yet. Ok I’m done rambling lol all this and all I really want is a surf fishing cart
Hadrells point sells the reels on wheels cart. They have a junior and senior size. I’d go with the larger size. Run you about $200, I bought one and its 100% worth every dime. It’s got 200lb weight capacity so you can take a lot of stuff out. For surf conditions check this out

You can always look online for carts if that’s an option. Good luck on your search.
The Aluminum carts that Haddrell’s sells are worth it. I’ve had one for about 15 years. It can haul a ton of stuff and pulls easy. I can’t imagine going to the beach without it.

As much as I love Haddrells - I would steer you away from the ones they carry - get the one I have from Cabellas with the poly wheels. I fish alot here in the surf, and every person on my team has said how much better my cart is than the ones with the normal tires.

Mr Flush one other thing to help with your decision is to keep in mind that the big cart with big tires is huge-need allot space in vehicle to transfer, the carts at haddrells are made in nc if im not mistaken, yet that is good deal the gentleman showed from cabellas along with poly tires-but I cant vouch for as I have the one from haddrels with wheeleeze tires.
http://www.rodrack.com/fishing-cart-accessories/cart-caddy/ - keeps some of the sand out of the car, or makes it possible to trek around even on a car. Small class 1 hitches are around 80.00 on amazon, and you can get a 2" receiver arm to make the hitch fit if you don’t have a truck or suv with a normal size hitch. I could never go back at this point.

Mine from Haddrell’s was made up in N.C. It’s called the
“Fishin’ Mate Jr” I think. I bought it because back then I had a Jeep Cherokee and it fit easily in the cargo section, and was small enough to lift fully loaded by myself. I like the looks of those big balloon tires and I’m sure the work well in the deep dry sand. I simply keep my tire pressure low so they spread out an sit on top of the sand.

I use this Mighty Max Cart. I bought it from Amazon and love it. It hauls all my gear to the surf, has a 600lbs capacity, and I use it around the house as well.

(Not my pic)
I use a cart I got from Northern Tool. It is designed like a wagon 4 wheels and fold down sides. Use pvc and plastic ties to hold the pvc for rod holders. It will hold all of your stuff and pulls easily through the sand. I think they have them on sale now for around $75-80.

I want to catch them all
I purchased a utility wagon from Northern Tool a couple years ago. For the cost it does pretty well at the beach and also gets plenty of use at home.
