Don’t post much but have been having good luck in the surf recently. When I can get away from the hospital, the tides are right, and it’s not raining, I have done decently. Caught a few nice flounder at Sullivan’s a couple weeks ago. Went this past Friday to folly since the in-laws were in town. Fished for an hour or so and caught a keeper flounder and a nice black drum. Father in law got a nice flounder and the wife finished with a keeper trout and a big ray. Though we didn’t catch a red drum, I still think it’s almost some sort of slam. A great hour of fishing and beautiful weather regardless. She also schooled me with this 20"er on her second fishing trip ever before I could even get my rod baited up at Sullivan’s. I’ve only showed her how to cast a few times and she’s either getting good or has beginner’s luck. I’ll take either one!
