Thank you DoubleN!!!

Met up with Glen this AM at Sam’s Point(and 371 too-good to put face to name). TS Sandy had the water a little more choppy “out front” than we wanted to try so headed back up Lucy to do a little fishing.

Got back along a good grass line and started tossing just into the grass looking for the reds. Glenn missed a nice one and then I managed to connect on a nice 26" red. Glenn has a pic of it (and I’m pretty much all thumbs with pic posting:dizzy_face:) so I’m sure there will be a pic to follow.

Met up back at the landing and tried to help 371 with his trailer flat but when a spare has a valve that breaks in half when you put in air in it…well it might time for two tires instead of one:smiley:

Good to meet up with everyone though. My wife and I had a good time in spite of the beginnings of “Sandy” moving in.

Finally got the red drum monkey off my back for this year!!!

Good to see you all as well. I really appreciate all the help! Now I have two new tires and head back inland a day early due to the storm!

Fishing has been fair for us as well, but we did have some over slots that morning as well. I love the lowcountry!

Thanks again to Glenn for the use of the spare!

Doug with a nice 26" Red. It was nice to get y’all out there…The weather/wind sure sucked…I meant blew!! Thanks for the canned goods too!

Jon, it was great seeing you again and a pleasure to meet your dad…those times y’all fish together are priceless!! Glad to help you out as well. I can’t say enough about the good people I have met on here.

Let me know when you are getting back down this way so you can check out the new/used ride.
