Yes it was against furman but that was a collegiate player against collegiate player. Davis looked very determined in this game.
But the defense still sucks…badly
Anytime clemson has a good play it was because it was against weak Acc competition.

Admittedly I took a nap after lunch watching that fiasco. Sakkerliner’s defense is pitiful. If Furman could have executed that may have gotten interesting.

It was a good early game today. Nice to finally be able to see some of the backups in the game. I was hoping better from Conner Mitch, but the backup rb, Williams liked pretty good.
And you never thump your chest against an inferior opponent, but it was a good run. Furman is Furman. Glad to see Mike get 100 and then take a break. We need a very healthy Davis next week if SC hopes to not get embarrassed in Alabama.

I only posted this because Davis made a killer stiff arm. Its still a grown man versus another. 1-1
Game overall though was extremely boring. Players look lackluster and bored, the crowd was dead and just was very very flat.
I’ve eaten in restaurants that were louder then the stadium yesterday.
