That was me asking about the Winsboro Boys. I am a local, and read your post, and couldn’t resist. Glad you enjoy our watering holes. By the way, the party at Whaleys was for Ben Woods, retiring from Bellsouth after MANY years. Ben plays in Bonefish and his wife runs the city as Town Clerk. Both have been great assets to Edisto.

So was this weekend as good as last for yall? I managed to get myself turned around guideing a group to some historical sights in the Sumter National forest today and got them out right at dark. Nowhere near as fun as being on Edisto. Did however manage to document an old tradeing post site on the Broad river that dates Revolution times.
