Great catch Phin! When I shot my first big one I wondered how big he was in the record book stand point. Never found one over 21 pounds listed any where.

Here’s how I cook nearly all my fish except dark stuff like tuna-
This is very easy. 350 degrees for thick stuff like this fish or grouper. 400 for thinner suff like triggerfish. I have no idea on the time. I just watch it.
