Why bother posting this? the beaten teams current rank and SOS is what the committee is looking at. their rank at the time, mostly based off early season polls, does not matter.
Bama = # 4 TAMU
Clemson = # 7 UL, #9 Auburn, #23 FSU
Clemson SOS = #1
Bama SOS = #2
That said I think the rankings are right. Saban is Saban and they have been crushing teams. Except Tamu not sure how you can put them in front of Washington.
TAMU will not be around in 6 weeks.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.

I this point there is not much more to go on. also I think you have to look at the team when played. what i mean AU was a terrible team in the start of the season. they have been improving, hence the rise in the rankings. LSU, same thing. I think the committee is looking at all those things.
But of course preseason polls creates a lot of issues.
I think T A&M is over ranked and will soon fall. the other top 3 I have no problem with. But there is still lots of football left. And since it seems the committee is looking at schedule and how teams win, things could change just b/c the schedule is weak in the 2nd half of year.

Dude, Auburn was terrible that game…did you even watch it?
Yes, they’ve come a long way in a short time, but in Game 1 they couldn’t have beaten many people.
Like 23 said. They played terribly regardless of the opponent
