Got a late start after a trailer tire blew on the way to the landing. Lines in the water at around 9am at the Sow. Trolled due east to try and find a break. At about 9:45 we had a miss on the right outrigger and then the shotgun and left outrigger went off. Landed the cow on the left outrigger and tracked down the bull on the shotgun who had allmost spooled the 30tld. Got him to the boat 35 min. later. He weighed in at 54lbs at Tubby’s in Thunderbolt. Also stopped to pick up some bottom’s. Ended the day with 3 Dolphin, 12BSB, and 5 trigger.

By the way, the bull was caught on a blue and green flat head islander, and the cow was caught on a glittery silver bullet head. Both with ballyhoo.

Im not too familiar with the waterways around here. I probably have been on Turners Creek, just didnt know the name of it. We only made it as far south as the Deli. We also went out to around 800ft. There seemed to be a weed line wanting to form at the Deli and there were several other boats out there fishing it. We picked up one dolphin there and saw many more under the debris. Good luck on Sat.
