Heading down to Tybee Island this weekend for my first time. I was hoping to do some fishing for big sharks, but I hear that shark fishing is illegal there. I targeted large sharks for the first time in Beaufort last weekend, and lets just say that I’m hooked 
Does anyone know of a place close by where shark fishing would be allowed? Unfortunately I can’t claim that I’m fishing for redfish…the wire leaders and yak is a dead giveaway.
