Guess all that depends on what happens during the game. Lots of respect for USC so probably would be looked at as UGA getting beat by two really good teams. Unless of course you beat them 35-7 again. Then those poor SOB’s have LSU after North Texas Jeez.
And beating them on the road would be more impressive even if you kick a last second FG to win by 1pt.
Tough to say. I would pick USC if it were a home game. Looks like USC will also be starting a freshman at one of the cornerback spots. Victor Hampton not starting not sure if that means he will not play at all or just sparingly. Not crazy about that with a quarterback as good as Murray. My bias tells me Gamecocks win by a touchdown.

How does Alabama beating VIrginia Tech and then taking a week off cement them into the number one spot?
I don’t think a team A should be ranked above team B if team B beats team A during the season. That’s old-fashioned thinking, but it makes sense to me. I’m not really a fan of the BCS ranking system, BTW.
