UGLY DUCKLIN CHARTERS - 10/16/2010

There is reason to not throw trash in the water. Caught a Bluefish today with a plastic loop around his body that had obviously been there for awhile. Mark and brothers and father caught bunches of keeper sized Trout and Spottails today. Released them all and had a great time.

“Bluefish today with a plastic loop around his body that had obviously been there for awhile”

That’s awful.

Did you attempt to remove it? Or was it so bad that it couldn’t be removed without killing the fish?

Just trying to learn every bit I can about saltwater fishing…

Posting on a message board all the time doesn’t make you smart. Frankly, it just means you probably need to get a life.

Couldn’t remove it. It had kind of grown in.

A great reminder that we all need to take care of our fisheries.
