By the way, we had the trash that we collected weighed, it was a staggering amount: 11.5 TONS!

Carolyn Tomlinson from Keep Dorchester County Beautiful, said its the most trash EVER removed from the Ashley in a single event.

I am so glad that I joined back up with the SSWA and was able to be a part of this cleanup .I’m looking forward to next year plus taking part with the oyster shell laying .
