I think the match-up for Clemson is way better than the one for USC.
When I say better, I mean I think it will be a better game. ONLY if Watson plays
I really don’t care to see Duke Johnson put up career numbers against the USC defense.

Saw where Watson may be having surgery before bowl game.

Me to, that’s why I added that about Watson
I hope he does. No need to get hurt worse over a meaningless bowl game. Let Stoudt and Shusler play and hope not to screw it up and lean on the defense.

Who is Carolina playing?

Miami.

Let Watson have the surgery, and be 100% ready for next year. The Palmetto Bowl was the only bowl that mattered. Play OK heads up with Stoudt, and let the cards fall where they may. The kids earned a fun time in Orlando, some decent schwag, and let Beasley and Jarrett and the boys see if they can stuff a phenom running back on their way to the NFL. 9-4 ain’t bad if they lose, and 10-3 is just a number if they win.

That is what I have been reading. Once Watson has the surgery, he will have a long road of healing and rehabilitation ahead They want him ready for the spring… Waiting until after the bowl game would potentially put him weeks behind schedule…

Let Watson get surgery, start Telegraph Cole, then put in Nick.

Nevermind b8. Replied to wrong thread. Carry on.
I thought you were being funny. That he would run for more than 200 unless he is hurt.

I’m glad that more intelligent minds are working in this situation. There is no need to risk the kid’s future. Its a smart decision for Watson. He has to look out for his future and the risk isn’t worth the reward for him and the future of the Tigers.

Well now, I’m not really interested in either game.
Nice job by Dabo and crew to delay telling the public about knee surgery until after the bowl selection.
