It’s easy to fall in to the “grass is always greener” mentality. I respect someone who realizes that what they have is good, and realize what the definition of true happiness and/or wealth is. I’m glad he wants to stay.

I have always wondered why it has taken this long for a coordinator to come to this line of thinking after watching so many coordinators that were great at their job fail as a head coach. I know some legitimately want to be a head coach, but I can’t help but think greed (money) was always the biggest factor.

I think it helps that Dabo treats everyone equally too. Its a lot easier being second or third in command when boss man doesn’t rub his rank in people’s faces all day.
