wahoo

fished the mircles tournament this weekend. no kings but did catch this guy on saturday. it weighed 54.90 and was big enough to win the wahoo catagory.

Taste-wise, they aren’t even in the same league. Wahoo is one of the best tasting fish I’ve ever had. I’ve had it as fresh sashimi and grilled, and it was amazing both ways.

yeah, wahoo is one of my favorites. i like it best grilled. i did pan sear some last night like you would tuna, and it was pretty darn tasty that way too.

Best way to cook fresh king is on a cedar plank til done…any seasoning…then throw the king away and eat the plank! :smiley:
