Wild cougars and panthers don’t exist in SC. I know, I know, your cousin’s best friend saw one at 3am on his way home from the bar on that back road that is rarely traveled.

HAHA…seen a couple of those kinda at a bar this week. I’ve seen two in Sumter County. But until someone puts one in the back of their truck, this will go on.
I’ve been thinking Wilson’s cousin had better find a place to hide. Cuz I’m goin down the river.
There use to be panthers in the Francis Marion National Forest years ago. As for the land that I lease, there is plenty of bobcats and one big cat that I have yet see in person. Some of the other hunters have caught a glimpse of him and we have gotten pictures of him on our cameras. All of the pictures were at night so it is impossible to say exactly what color he is. All I can say is that he has a paw track about the size of a Lab. We believe that he is the cat that this lady use to have in captivity. She has been known to bring back wild animals from up north.

If you have pictures of a cougar from a game camera in South Carolina; I am sure that EVERYONE here would LOVE to see them. This neighboring land owner brings back wild animals from “up north”; I did not know that there was a population of cougars to our north?
I did not claim that he is a cougar. I speculate from the picture that he may be a mountain lion. I thought that a picture might interest some so I will call my friend and have him r-mail me his picture if he still has it. Then I will place it on here. The picture that I had has been deleted already. Stay tuned.

Mountain lion, cougar whichever you choose to call it they are the same animal. Why would a picture that everyone has been waiting years to see be deleted before being shown to anyone?

I just took the lease over for this club last year. Everyone that hunts on the club has seen the picture so I deleted it from my mail. I will call the other member and have him re-send it so that I can repost.

I had about a dozen beers after work today and while sitting out on my porch saw a lizard man swimming the intracoastal waterway.

FLyinghigh, I spoke to one of my members and he said that he would try to get the picture e-mailed to me as soon as possible. He has it saved on his old computer and had trouble with it so he replaced it with another one. If he sends it i will send it just for YOU. Otherwise to settle your indifferences you are welcome to visit our club sometime and I can at least show you his huge paw tracks.

Yes, but I am going to be out of town some on the weekends in the near future. If I cant get the picture from my friend I will definately take some and place them on hear.
