Great to hear.
Reckon Oklahoma can stop the jet sweep? Hell, Stoudt will probably throw it for an interception.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Oklahoma is lacking their starting QB and starting RB. They might be back, but either way if you let Stoudt throw anything he’s going to be good for at least one score for the other team.
I’m glad they came to their senses and went ahead with the surgery. There really was no need to play the kid just to get a meaningless bowl win. Let Stoudt see if he can change his perception with the Clemson fans and hopefully win the game.

If we run it 95% of the time we win by 3 and they only score 14pts. If cole throws it more than 5 times we lose by 14th.
He has 2x as many INTs as TD’s. Poor guy feel bad for him…

I think its the right thing to do… Why risk further injury. On a side note, I hear Stoudt will be wearing a Oklahoma Jersey for the game… That will make him throw to Clemson players.
Poor kid has totally lost his confidence. Need to let him start his last game and then take him out. Get Schussler some experience along with running the wildcat. Don’t let Cole throw.

Saw where Lattimore called him before his surgery, bet that was some phone call.
Can’t believe Vegas still had it as a pick em yesterday. I would expect that to change. I fear it is going to be an ugly game. QB and RB may be out for Oklahoma, but that is not the issue. CU defense would stand against a full strength Oklahoma I think. It’s the oter side of the ball that will be a killer. Defense is your best offense against Stoudt…

Lattimore does this a lot. He has called and even visited HS athletes that have the surgery.
He is the Anti-Winston
The Clemson coaches will win or lose this game. They can set Stoudt up to win by not putting all the pressure on him to win. Give him high percentage passes, short stuff, screens, etc. I would NOT have him throw down field, he has shown time and again a propensity to throw to the wrong guy. He has skills, he just has snakes in his head now and the coaches can set him up to be successful i nthat game. The tigger D should be able to shut OK down so the score should not have to be high to win.

Remember that short pass for a GT pick six he threw??

You don’t have to point out every INT. Seriously though, I think their offensive game plan can be made “Stoudt Friendly” or at least friendlier. Seems like a good kid, it would be nice if he went out on a high note.

sadly he can’t even make the easiest of throws. The one against the cocks was only like 8 yards out.
As you said DF, really hope he gets his head straight and goes out on a high note.
Guy was patient waiting for his shot after 4 years. Then one of the best true freshman QB’s ever comes in and takes his job, then gets hurt, he goes back in cold, blows it etc etc.
Its that (**() headband squeezing his brain cells too much. Take that thing off, give it to your girlfriend, and get a haircut you filthy hippie.
