Needed to burn a day so decided to ride down to catch a fish and a few crabs. Fish were biting and seem to be schooling up. Trout were biting with about half of them keepers (fat and full of shrimp). Spottails were 1/2 inch shy except for two 20-plus inchers which went home for supper. Two flounder were also caught. Good day with fish biting well. Once the rain set in, we emptied our crab pot and will be eating deviled crab real soon. Some of the biggest crabs I’ve seen in a while. Mostly big males.
