My wife and I fished out of Steamboat from 12 to 4pm using shrimp under a cork. Shrimp are still plentiful. We caught about 15 spot-tails, five over the slot, biggest was 28" and three or four trout. We really couldn’t find the trout bite today. It’s really been a great few days fishing and weather was perfect. Fall fishing is in full swing. Looking forward to the next couple of months. Got to return to Florence today for a Doctor’s appointment so no fishing.
