Another thing I like to do couple times a month

Is that fennel?

Did you baste them veggies while heating?

They look mighty fine

I just wash the carrots (leave skin on), quarter them and then marinate them in a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. You could use any seasoning you want really. Ni pre-cooking, I use one of those grill mats, so I don’t have to worry about them slipping between grates. I like mine with the slightest amount of charring. I was amazed at how good they taste.

You can grill charr most things and I’ll eat it…

Grandkids had a blast. Especially when they started getting a lot of atension from the rolling thunder guys and gals.

Even scored some fresh veggies.


Another late night.
Failed final inspection. The door is supposed to be a foot from the wall.
DHEC says you measure from the door handle. City inspector said nope. Have a letter from DHEC. City inspector…NOPE
Two doors. Frames concrete filled.
Tile ,sheetrock ,stucco.
Yesterday and today over 80 man hours. And probably about 30 more tomorrow.

Steawberry cheese danish, saving it for desert tonight

I could easily knock out 8 or 10 of the strawberry cream cheese

We ate here today and it was actually pretty good. Don’t waste your time on the fries. Get a burger and shake. You’ll thank me later. Not terrible prices either.
