Angel Oak for lunch today. That’s fried green tomatoes with hot pepper jelly, pimento cheese, bacon crumbles, and I think local honey drizzled on it. Dang good.

And a little Ye Old Fashioned for an early treat before dinner. Extra hot fudge, booya.

what temp and how long? i have a bunch of venison in freezer i need to do that with.

170° for about 5 hrs or until it bends and almost breaks, if you do even style, prop the door cracked open with a butter knife
