Just wondering - last I heard the town bought it. Still just sitting there?

The buildings are gone accept for one of the storage sheds that was in good shape. They tore it down a few weeks ago. As far as I know they still havn’t come up with a final master plan for the space.

I wish I would have know beforehand about the demolition. I would love to have gotten some of the old wood out of there.

everything is gone but the old garage. using the space for marina parking. its a darn shame to lose the landmark but the buildings were in really poor shape.

I use to by bait there when I was a kid. That Golden Retriever use to always come up and greet you! Sad to see it go, but the Marina is in desperate need of some parking!

i believe the city was planning on turning it into a park or somethin like that, such a shame the best shrimp on the island

thats some funny stuff right there since its been around a decade (maybe more) since there was a operational boat runing out of bell bouy.

Best shrimp on the island that was brought in from the Gulf of Mexico. Imported, frozen from Louisiana…they told me that themsleves in Bell Buoy.

Just trying to learn every bit I can about saltwater fishing…

wasnt jimmy supposed to be able to run his shrimp charter from the dock?
